Overview

We partnered with Arnold Worldwide to create an ad campaign for Progressive Insurance, and we loved every minute of it. Lupine shot hand held, gorgeously abstract background plates throughout San Francisco to later be paired with five amazingly unique motorcycles shot in studio. This bi-coastal shoot marathon made for lots of snacks shared over Zoom, trips to local bike shops, and in the end some long term friendships (*plus background prints for the team).

What We Did

Photography

The project started with scouting all around the Bay Area for our five unique story lines, followed by sourcing unique new and old bikes to match.

Lupine used all in-camera effects (aka swinging his camera around in traffic) to bring out a feeling of movement in the backgrounds.

*Side note, this Honda 350 had just celebrated it's 50th birthday, and became the perfect lived in, throwback bike.

We used more in camera effects to mimic the real life lighting the bikes would be laid on top of in post, creating intentional cohesion between the two.
